GB510NAS

The GB510NAS and the GB510ANAS are hydraulic installation tools designed specifically for the efficient installation of 5/16” (7.94 mm) NAS Shear, NAS Tension Pull Type lockbolts, C6L® & GP® fasteners. They weigh just over 4 lbs. (1.81 kg) and can be operated in any position. They have a .750” (19.1 mm) fastener setting stroke and a rated pull load of 7,800 lbs. (34.7 kN).

The GB510NAS (electric actuated) installation tool operates on hydraulic pressure developed by the GB947 Powerunit set at 5,400 psi. (372.3 bar) - 5,600 psi. (386.1 bar) maximum PULL pressure and 2,200 (151.7 bar) - 2,400 psi (165.5 bar) maximum RETURN pressure. The tool comes equipped with a 12’ (3.7 m) of hydraulic hoses with quick disconnects and a electric control cord assembly.
